On your pet's first visit, our specially trained veterinarians will perform a thorough physical examination. They will also review any clinical information provided by your regular veterinarian and discuss specific concerns you may have. Using this comprehensive information, they will identify areas of the body that require attention.

Rehabilitation Consult

The initial visit is 1.5 hours and includes: a full assessment, treatment as needed, as well as a personalised home rehabilitation program to support your pet's recovery and ongoing care.

Treatments Offered
Each patient’s treatment on the day may include any of the following, based on their needs:

  • Massage

  • Stretching

  • Joint mobilisation

  • Acupuncture

  • Balance training

  • Muscle conditioning

  • Core strengthening

  • Hydrotherapy

Revisits typically range from 45 to 60 minutes and will focus on continuing your pet's rehabilitation journey, adjusting treatments as needed to ensure progress toward mobility and quality of life goals.

If you’re only interested in hydrotherapy without a rehabilitation consult or additional treatments, please inform our nurses when booking. Hydrotherapy-only sessions are 30 minutes in duration.

Biomechanical Medicine Consult

The initial visit is 1 hour and includes:

Gait and Posture Analysis:

Shaan starts by observing your pet's movement and posture to identify any issues affecting their comfort or mobility. â€‹

Hands-On Assessment:

A thorough physical exam focuses on joints, muscles, and soft tissues to locate tension, restrictions, or discomfort.

Therapeutic Techniques:

Depending on your pet's needs, Shaan may use: Chiropractic adjustments to improve alignment and mobility. Osteopathic techniques for restoring balance and function. Myofascial release and trigger point therapy to relieve muscle tension.

Laser Therapy:

Laser treatment is often applied to reduce inflammation, promote healing, and relieve pain.

Customised Plan:

Shaan will provide tailored advice, including home care exercises or massage techniques, to help your pet stay active and healthy.

Revisits are typically 30 minutes and will focus on continuing your pet's recovery or supportive journey, adjusting treatments as needed to ensure progress toward mobility and quality of life goals.

If you’re only interested in laser therapy without a biomechanical consult or additional treatments, please inform our nurses when booking.
